Mark Saunders is the founder / owner of EHM. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 2003 with a background in Marketing and Real Estate. In 2005 Mark went into property management full time. This included managing investment properties and apartment complexes. He has managed over 1,000 rental units throughout Winston-Salem NC. This work environment has exposed Mark to every possible problem that can come up for today’s homeowner.
The idea for EHM came to Mark after he noticed that many friends, family, and co-workers (all that own their own homes) kept coming to him for advice on how to find contractors who were honest and provided quality services.
